On Oct. 30, the Delta Program took 22 students for an incentive field trip to The Old Joliet Prison for a guided historical tour of the prison and grounds. Students learned about the history of the prison, events that led to prison reform, and were able to go inside many of the buildings to see how prisoners were housed when the prison was still in operation.

Ms. Neylon's live taught health class is in full swing at Delta Academy! The students at Delta Academy are currently in the Nutrition Unit , After learning about all things nutrition, we couldn't leave out the actual process of intaking food, digesting it and releasing it! So, how better than taking a little Magic School Bus field trip through the Digestive System! Ms. Neylon's class had some fun digesting a classic today in class, Cheerios! South Suburban College is offering a free, non-credit AI Overview course beginning Tuesday Oct. 15 for 8 weeks. The class will meet in person one night per week with activities/assignments planned for the rest of the week. Check out more details below!

On Friday, Bremen High School announced the 2024 Hall of Fame inductees, honoring two distinguished alumni who have exemplified the values of service, leadership, and dedication in their professional and personal lives. This year’s inductees are Dominic D’Ambrosio (Class of 1992) and Sue Vaughan Nelson (Class of 1962). Their achievements and service inspire future generations of Bremen Braves, and we are proud to honor them.
